What is the Growth Critique?
The Growth Critique is one of the core pillars of our membership. It exists to encourage, empower, equip, and educate you as an artist while helping you develop clear expectations for your artistic growth.When you submit your work, I will give you honest, professional feedback based on my years of experience as a working artist. My goal is never to tear your work down, but to help you clearly see both your strengths and the specific areas where focused improvement will create the biggest leaps forward.
How to Submit Your Artwork
You can submit your piece in one of two places:
On the Brush of Magic Website (recommended for the cleanest experience)
In the Brush of Magic Discord in the dedicated #growth-critique channel
Submission Requirements & Guidelines
To receive the most helpful and targeted feedback possible, please include the following when you submit:
1. High-Quality Image of Your Artwork
Upload a clear, well-lit photo or scan of your finished piece.
Recommended specs: JPG or PNG format, minimum 1500 pixels on the longest side.
If your piece has important details or texture, feel free to include 1–2 close-up images.
Work-in-progress photos are welcome if you feel they add helpful context.
