20,000 Whiskers Under the Sea

A wonderful scene from the Walt Disney movie 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Love this movie and love this scene with Ned and the seal in particular. I painted part of the piece outside of The Seas with Nemo & Friends (used to be the Living Seas - anyone remember that?) in Epcot for inspiration.
